Malaysia flag is of 1:2 ratio, the flag is spread on 14 horizontal stripes which are juxtaposed horizontally with alternating white and red colors. The blue canton bears crescent and 14 pointed star at the center. The 14 stripes represents states of Malaysia and administrative capital, the blue color represent unity of Malaysia, 14 pointed star represent unity of states, crescent represents Islam, the yellow color or gold color is royal color of Malay rulers.
