Sierra Leone flag is of 2:3 ratio, where horizontal bands are of equal dimensions. The Green color represents vegetation, mountains and natural resources, white represents peace and blue represents hope where Freetown represents peace of the world(Freetown is popular for Slaves trade and point of transport for Slaves for European Countries).
